Mission Statement
The Council for the Advancement of Public Schools (CAPS) works to promote the value and quality of public education in Bucks and Montgomery counties through a wide range of activities that highlight the positive contributions of public schools to our region. We encourage ongoing community support for and involvement in those schools.

The September 2005 issue of Philadelphia Magazine ranked 21 public high schools in Bucks and Montgomery counties among the top 50 public schools in the eight-county Delaware Valley region. The remaining 29 top public schools were distributed among the six other counties.
